CYFRANWYR/ CONTRIBUTORS David Stoker is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Information and Library Studies at the Unversity of Wales, Aberystwyth. He has published significant studies of antiquarian scholars and is the acknowledged authority on the history of publishing in East Anglia and Norwich. His teaching responsibilities lie in the field of the Internet, and Information and Communication Technologies. Gwilym Huws Pennaeth Adran Astudiaethau Gwybodaeth a Llyfrgellyddiaeth Prifysgol Cymru, Aberystwyth, a chyfarwyddwr y gwaith ymchwil i'r fasnach lyfrau yng Nghymru. Currently Senior Lecturer and the Head of the Department of Information and Library Studies at Aberystwyth, and the director of the Centre's major Welsh booktrade research project. Jane del Pizzo is a Research Assistant on the Project, and a graduate of the Department. She has also recently studied aspects of electronic publishing in minority languages, including Welsh, for a project funded by the European Union and, with Dr Geraint Evans, was the co-author of a recent detailed report on the situation in Wales which led to the development of a programme of CD-ROM publications in the Welsh language organised by the Welsh Books Council and funded by the Welsh Language Board. Rhiannon Lloyd is a member of the Wales Schools Inspectorate and Development organisation, ESTYN. She was appointed Director of the National Year of Reading initiatŵe in Wales and seconded to the staff ofthe Welsh Books Council for a year.
