At a Special Service held in the Palace Chapel, Llandaff, on Thursday morning, the 23rd April, the Lord Bishop of Llandaff instituted the Rev. Harry Cockson, M.A., to the Rectory of Llan- llowel, near Usk, and also to the Vicarage of Llanbadoc (by dispensation). The Rev. Richard Jones, formerly Perpetual Curate of Holy Trinity, Pontnewydd, was licensed to the Perpetual Curacy of St. Pagan, Aberdare ; and the Rev. Frank Ernest Austin, M.A., formerly Curate of St. John the Baptist, Cardiff, was licensed to the Perpetual Curacy of Penrhos, near Raglan. The Bishop also licensed the Rev. Thomas Lloyd Evans, Lie. Div., to the Curacy of Dowlais. At a Special Service held in the Palace Chapel, Llandaff, on Wednesday morning, 20th May, the Bishop instituted the Rev. David Lloyd Rees, formerly Curate of Gellygaer, to the Vicarage of Eglwysilan, near Cardiff, and licensed the Rev. Walter Frederick Adams, M.A., to the Curacy of St. Saviour, Roath, Cardiff. Trinity Ordination. The Lord Bishop of Llandaff held a Special Ordination in the Palace Chapel, Llandaff, on Sunday morning, the 7th June, when the following gentlemen, who passed the Examination at Lent, were ordained :— Deacons. Charles Richard Ryall, B.A., Royal University of Ireland, and St. Michael's College, Aberdare.
