366 MANOR OF KILVEY. say—That they doe not know of any wayes, Waters, pathes, or ditches, that now are stopt or turned out of their ancient course Saveing the Water (near the Church of Lansamlett) which hath been diverted by Bussy Mansell, Esq1-, one of the Freehoulders of the said Mannor, who ought to repaire and maintaine the said Bridge when and as often as need shall require. TO THE ONE AND TWENTYETH ARTICLE, the said Jurors doe say and prsent—That all manner of Royalties, as the Admiralty of Sea and all rights thereunto belonging— all treasure trove, Waifes, Estrayes, Deodands, felons goods, Escheats, Wreckes, floatsam, Jetsam, and Ligan, all Fishings, Prisage and Butlerage of Wmes, and all other Royalties whatsoever, belong unto the Lord of the said Mannor within the said Mannor. TO THE LAST ARTICLE, the said Jurors doe say and prsent—That the said Manor extendeth from the Main Sea to the River Tawe, along which River, on the West, it extendeth to a Brooke called Claish, and from thence it extendeth to another Brooke called Cyrnach on the North, and from thence it extendeth unto a Mearstone called y-Giest-vain on the Heath called Mynydd Drymme on the East, and from thence along the way called the Geven Fordd it extendeth through the Lands of David Evans, Esqre, called Gelly-Deg, and the Lands of Thomas Phillipp, into the Brooke called Crymlin, along which it extendeth near the Bridge called Crymlin Bridge, where it butts with the Mannors of Cadoxton iuxta Neath, and the Mannor of Neath-Citra & Britton, and from thence it extendeth itselfe (along the place where the said Brooke did of old time empty itselfe into the Sea) to the Eastern end of the Blacke Rocke, and soe into the Sea.
